At Butterflyhaze, all of our items are made-to-order, meaning each product is printed specifically for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality possible. As a result, our delivery times may vary. However, this also allows us to offer fantastic pricing on our products. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to fulfill your orders: USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days after placing your order and are shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. The estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding production time):

  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Vietnam: 1-3 business days
  • International: 20-25 business days

Due to ongoing global conditions, shipping times may experience delays of 10-15 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are flat-rate and include all associated costs. You can order as many items as you like for a single shipping fee:

  • United States: $5.95
  • Vietnam: $3.95
  • International: $19.99

Processing Time

Processing time is 2-4 business days before shipping.

Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If your information is incomplete or inaccurate, we may need to contact you for an update, which could delay your order. Additionally, delays may occur during customs clearance, particularly for international shipments.

Important: If your address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to us, and we may choose to disregard your request to avoid further complications. Please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately to avoid any delays or issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package as it moves through the shipping process. Please note that it can take 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed the parcel. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking updates will appear.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Address

It is important to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
